PS - Yeah, yeah, I know - de Sade is definitely not everyone's taste.  But look at philosophers who look at de Sade with varying degrees of respect.  You may disagree with de Sade's work, but look at the philosophers as well.

ezs note II:  This is for anyone whose interest is in the trivia of the Baha'i Faith - whether they join or not.  It seems that Romaine Brooks had a lover named Natalie Clifford Barney - and she had a sister named Laura Clifford Barney, who compiled Some Answered Questions, whose writings are from 'Abdu'l Baha.  Guess Natalie was a bit more of a free spirit...
